At the core of HxCDG is a community of disc golf enthusiasts and hardcore music lovers. Through an Instagram page, which has organically grown to over 1400 followers since starting in 2021, I’ve been able to help this community showcase its shared passions by creating a brand identity and social content to promote and grow the audience.

My role primarily involves creating content with both digital and 35mm film photography and videography, creating engagement and building genuine connections with the local audience. I’ve also started to design a line of clothing to further promote the page.

Despite the modest following, the steady engagement reflects the realness of the brand and the commitment to the growing community. HxC Disc Golf is about fostering a sense of camaraderie among like-minded individuals. Each post, each interaction, serves to strengthen the community, transcending traditional promotion to create a space where passion and friendship thrive. Being part of this journey isn't just a creative outlet—it's a labor of love shared among friends united by a common purpose of promoting the already growing sport and being a local proponent of local bands.
